Lawrenceville Borough is a small community of approximately 630 people, located in the picturesque region of North Central Pennsylvania, just south of the New York border. Surrounded by rolling hills, Lawrenceville features a large variety of outdoor activities: Cowanesque Lake provides a scenic area for swimming, camping, hiking, boating and fishing; the tree-filled hills give a challenge to hunters and colorful views to autumn leaf-gazers!
Lawrenceville Borough was established in 1831 and has seen many changes – from an important manufacturing site in the mid-1800’s to the quiet residential area it is today. Lawrenceville Borough has survived several floods and in 2006 celebrated its 175th anniversary!
